Please read these terms carefully before using the ADEM app or renting a smart container.
Plain-language summary: Use ADEM to rent sensor-equipped boxes and monitor them from your phone. Don't abuse the service or misuse the hardware. Pay your rental fees on time. Sensor alerts are informational — we're not liable for cargo loss.
By downloading the ADEM app, creating an account, or renting a container, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ADEM System ("we," "us," or "ADEM").

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your session tokens secure and do not share them. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.
When you rent a container through ADEM:
Rentals are subject to availability. We do not guarantee container availability at any specific time or location.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Important: Sensor alerts are informational only. ADEM does not guarantee uninterrupted telemetry. Network outages, sensor hardware failure, or battery depletion may cause gaps in readings. Do not rely solely on ADEM alerts to protect high-value or sensitive cargo.
Sensor readings are transmitted every 5 seconds when the container has network connectivity. Alert thresholds are evaluated server-side and push notifications are dispatched on a best-effort basis.
We retain telemetry data for 90 days after the rental period ends. You may export your sensor history through the app during this window.
Rental fees are charged on a daily basis per container size:
Fees are displayed at booking and billed through the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and recovery of the container.
Rentals that run beyond the agreed return date will be billed at the standard daily rate until the container is returned. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for late returns or damage.
Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
All software, designs, algorithms, sensor protocols, and content within the ADEM app and platform are owned by ADEM System and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the ADEM app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of ADEM.
Sensor data generated from your rentals belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your cargo or consignment records.
ADEM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADEM's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Any outstanding rental fees or damage charges must be settled before termination is complete.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ADEM System is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you via the app or SMS where the changes are material.
Your continued use of ADEM after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
